Is Explorer a trial?
No. Explorer is free forever, with no card. Watch unlimited opportunities and work on three pursuits at a time. Qualifying, capture, proposal, and submitted pursuits count toward the three; watching and closed pursuits do not. Intel reads as one-line summaries.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep everything you paid for through the end of the period you already paid, then you land on Explorer. Your pursuits and records stay in place.
Can I switch monthly to annual later?
Yes. We charge the annual price less the unused part of the month you already paid. A paid year runs to its renewal before any change to monthly.
How do seats work on Contractor?
Contractor comes with 5 seats and you can add more at $19 a month or $190 a year each. People join with the email of an existing Quarry account. One team per shop.
What does adding a seat do to my bill?
It changes it right away, prorated for the days left in the period. We show you the new total in dollars before you commit. Removing a seat frees it and the bill drops at the next cycle.
Do you show win rates?
We show counts by person and the reasons kept with each decision. A win rate appears once a team has 10 or more decided pursuits, because below that a percentage misleads.
